Overthinking

2018-06-08 20:46:16
I have always been the sensitive sort and most of the time when i am sad about something, i still go to work and maintain my smile and be noisy like i usually do, but i am still bothered about my feelings. I never really talked about my problem or feelings to anybody as i feel like no one actually listens or even care. I thought a lot about how i wish people would care. At night, i cry under the pillows once/week. I am concerned if i suffer from depression or am i just sensitive and think alot?
