Overthinking anxiety reactive & passive

My reactions r creating problem to others, ignorance is unbearable, feel lost, I get hurt a lot, I feel no one gets me, at times I feel I m selfish at other times I feel my expectations r killing me, I cry nd laugh at the same time, I am always blank, I don't know how to react, I want to say, talk but I can't do dat, nothing relieves me, I feel very isolated, insecure, so much of negativity, I m very reactive now, I used to sleep a lot now I find it difficult...

You should undergo personality test like MMPI or MCMI. these are long standing problem commonly faced due to adjustment issues. Psychotherapy is ideal for these problems.
