Depression is a cluster of a lot of symptoms and what you have mentioned isn't enough to diagnose a person to be depressed. Negative thinking is important as it keeps us cautious but if it is done over and over again, it is not okay. Your thoughts effects not just your mood but also over all wellbeing.
One cannot live happily if he or she constantly feel judged or judge other people.
I would recommend you to see a counselor and talk about these thoughts and feelings and get a clarity as to why this is happening. Read up about Mindfulness as it will help you understand yourself better.
