Hi welcome - I can advice you that she is underweight..
6am - water with dabur chwanprush 2 tsf
8am - high proteinbreakfast with banana,egg,sweet
9 am - milk & cornflaks
10am - 2 fruits
12 noon - veg,soup
1pm - Lunch -rice,roti, dal, mix veg, paneer ,sprouts
3 pm - some dry fruits
6pm some veening snacks with tea
9pm - veg soup with papaya,soya, etc
9.30pm soe rice with chapati, mix veg, curd,
10 pm some hot milk
sleep tight 8 hours min.
Remember she needs high protein diet,so may suppelemt after 15 days
