Overactive urinary bladder

I feel strong urge to pass urine but urine volume is less than 150 ml. If I try to hold urine then little urine leakage of urine which wets my under wear. No pain or burning sensation in urine . No diabetes no prostate problems.This problem is going on for last 10 years . Now I am 26 years male. Please prescribe homeo medicine.
