Sir, Iam questioning unconsciously about iam thinking and getting headache.this starts when I woke up and continues till when I got sleep.it causes shearing hands and legs,inferiority, negative thinking,worrying,unable to do even normal things,depression, hyper tension.unable to live in reality,higher expectations.I need ur suggestion. Thank you.
