Over thinking and negative thoughts

It's been Time since I have a habit of over thinking..but now things are getting worse day by day.. These thoughts are getting converted into negative ones which are hampering my performance in office.. Pls suggest some way to get rid of this.

There must some cause behind ,to reveal this cause and to rectify them u must visit a counselling psychologist.

1 sleeo 8hrs at night 2.avoid too much social media. 3.spent good times with family and friends. 4 .avoid mobile pc 1 hour before sleep. 5.morning walk or yoga regularly.
