Dear Doctor, I am 30 year old unmarried individual.Been indulged in bad habit of over masterbation and porn at age of 13 years.With time when experienced I'll effects ,took ayurvedic, homeopathic treatment (frequency of practice was 3-4 times a month at that time) but provided temporary relief.As I have suffered losses, completely abstained and trying to live healthy lifestyle with respect to diet, exercise etc.But facing related health issues: 1.Semen leakage on slight stimulation due to obscene thought or watching TV. 2. Weak erections 3. Groin pain in right lower abdomen on semen leakage. 4.Weak sexual strength.
