The ultrasound is suggestive of Polycystic ovarian syndrome... PC OS is a genetic disorder aggravated by sedentary Lifestyle ... It is usually associated with irregular periods, excessive weight gain, hirsutism or excessive hair on abnormal locations .. and if complicated it can even lead to insulin resistance and impaired blood sugars..
