In the early preagnancy(7weeks) found Ovary bulky in an anechoic cyst, size 52*43 mm. Please  guide is it minor,major or critical and in that case what I do?

When you are pregnant and pregnancy is intrauterine then you should forget about the asymptomatic ovarian cyst for the next three months.
