Is there any option other than surgery and is there any chance of ovary problem after surgery can she get pregnant after surgery pls give consultation

The character of the cyst can’t be ascertained. So opinion regarding surgical removal or not is but difficult and will not be right without the detail history or proper work up .

Yes it needs treatment after baseline investigations to rule out endometriotic or carcinoma. Yes she can concieve after a period of suppression
