Hi ,I m 23 years old I haven't got periods since last two years I went through several tests n ultrasound it has came up that I have thyroidTSH 6.24 and in ultrasound it has come up that my ovaries are small both 3 cc left and right ovary ,no cyst or follicles been found kindly advise be is ovaries size normal or is this condition normal what are consequences n how can be treated n what is normal ovary volumes in my age I have attached my ultrasound report n I m taking thyroxine 25 mcg as of now .
