I have 2cm and 3cm ovarian cysts, can i conceive naturally in this condition? Or should do laproscopy to remove cysts to conceive?

You are having small cyst it will resolve gradually.After consulting with the gynaecologist take medicine for this.You have to use continuously minimum for 3 months then get done ultrasonography.

Was the scan done in mid cycle. Most of the ovarian cyst if less than 5 cm can be managed conservatively if it’s not an endometriotic cyst.
Next Steps
Try to do scan after ur periods within 5 days. If cyst still persist then may need a course of OC pills.
