BOTH MY OUTER ANKLES ARE GETTING DARK BLACK IN COLOR. I DONT KNOW WHEN AND HOW IT HAPPENED. THERE IS NO PAIN AND ITCHING. THIS DISCOLORATION IS MAKING ME VERY ANXIOUS. WHAT'S THE CAUSE.
