My mother, 66 is recently found to have OSTEOPENIA and her T SCORE is negative -2.0. We consulted multiple doctors but all are giving  different doses of  elementary calcium  ranging from 200 mg to 1000 mg daily What is the perfect dose of elementary calcium for her condition to reverse the osteipenia pl name the good brands
