I am having a cartilage cap of 7mm. I have osteochondroma in left knee. Only a month ago I recognised it when I saw swelling in my leg

You can get it removed if it's causing any symptoms like knee stiffness, deformity or tingling or numbness. It willl not grow in size further as your skeletal growth is now complete. Need to monitor signs of inflammation and sudden increase in pain or size of the swelling.
