I have OSMF and can open my mouth upto 30mm. I take lycopene syrup daily and have stopped taking gutkha for over 3 months. Is my condition severe? What are the treatment options available?

Being an oral medicine specialist,I shall like you to visit the same specialist in your nearby are,intralesional injections of placenta ac and dexa should help,but kindly do remember that it’s a very long term treatment and quitting of habit is very important,If these treatment strategies donot work,then consult an oral surgeon for lasers.
