If your doctor has gone for few days only then wait for your doctor. If she has gone for longer duration then consult other doctor. Take all documents and records if you are visiting other doctor.

If she is not coming anytime soon you can tell this problem to other dentist it will be solved or you can ask your old dentist to refer you to their friends, it would be easier.
