As per X-rays knee looks dislocated maybe that’s why not able to move knee and leg. Need to check physically.

X-rays are inconclusive, should show the patient to nearest orthopaedic doctor. Thorough examination and if required repeat X-ray/CT may be required. If everything comes normal then just icing and rest and pain killers will be required.
