Oral x-ray one month before and new one
I am sending my first x-ray which is shown in first pic (first rom left) I got this x-ray one month before. After that i got my second x-ray which is shown in second pic (first from right). This is my latest x ray. is there any relation between two of them. I want to know if the x-ray is same what will be the treatment. Dentist advice me to get second molar tooth root canal treatment and also tell that first molar (first from right) tooth also has caries but since the place is not reachable it can be extracted if there is pain after some time. Is it the right advise or is there any other kind of treatment can be possible. Please suggest me. What should i do for first molar (first from left in the pic) tooth.
The 2nd molar is definitely going for a root canal. The 1st molar also might go for a root canal, but the x-ray is not clear. You need to get another x-ray done to confirm that, or at least post a clearer photo. You also told that the dentist said that the place is not reachable, and so that tooth can be extracted after some time. I think that was about the 3rd molar (wisdom tooth), which is the last tooth in the mouth.
Next Steps
Get treated immediately. If you postpone, the teeth might have to be removed as they will cross the stage of being salvaged with root canal.
