Hi dear, First of all , kindly don't worry too much. Things will be fine soon. Management of cancer is a process of constant follow up and    a strong treatment plan like chemotherapy and radiotherapy along with surgery. And the recurrence of the symptoms can never be ignored. May be an investigation called PET SCAN can be helpful for you to rule out the extent of spread of cancer and get the treatment done as required. Take care n get well soon. The very definition of Cancer states that it is an uncontrolled growth of cells in the body..... so even with the best possible treatment modalities (which varies for different kinds of cancers), recurrence can occur and this can present itself clinically within a few days or even a few years after the successful completion of the treatment of the primary cancer..... a proper clinical examination and other tests might be required to assess the treatment options of the recurrent lesion.... Regards.....
