OSMF III diognosed 1 and half years back with bands in cheeks, burning inside cheeks,red lesions tumours on lips.these problems stayed , couldn't take even little chilly even zero chilly in curry. Now, bloating of stomach with pain p over, dysentery blood  like watery stools since I year plus ,as constipation is a symptom, dulcolax 5 tab daily  is taken daily since more than one year. Stomach pain is not reducing.very little food is taken,but belly is bloated. Urine output down once very less with foul smell.,. Kidney area is painful. Painful scrotum, Inability to walk. Kidney area is painful . Bones are extremely painful. No diognostic tests are done. What should I do?
