As per this report.. patient already underwent Radiotherapy and it is a recurrence now.When and where,what dose has been given..nothing is being mentioned here..I need CT scan reports to comment on anything as of now.If it is a local recurrence... patient can go for surgery after thorough clinical examination by surgical Oncologist and there is no other contraindications
