Oral cancer , metastastised or not

Symptoms of oral problem tumours on lips, tongue, inside cheeks bands and patches are there about 18 months . . SINCE 45 days , problems gradually developed like Inability to walk Acute constipation now lead to watery Dysentery with red colour of water. Stomach all sides very much paonful . Bones of whole body are at great pain . Kidney area is painful with stabbing pain . Urine is thick brownish with very less and foul smell. Gradually , urine is becoming zero. . Sonography showed ALP at 298 Which is very high while others of liver are normal . Head reeling.. . No tests done so far . Kindly let me know what is present condition po resumsbly, asper experienced.

Good evening As per symptoms you mentioned it looks like multi system problem. I could think of following 1. Systemic lupus 2. Steven Johnson 3. Other autoimmune that lupus 4. Malignancy may be but rare Kindly visit medicine specialist for good evaluation. He will direct you further
