My uncle had spine surgery for cervical depression last December. However, he is still not fully recovered. I want an opinion on the recent MRI report.

Report showing multi level disc degeneration with discount bulge with C4-5 CORD changes (myelopathy) with L4-5,L5S1 disc prolapse Patient need thorough clinical evaluation  to tell next line of management

Report show your uncle have multiple disc bulge in cervical spine from C2 to C7 And spinal cord changes ( myelopathy) at level of c4 -C5

Operating surgeon will explain u better. Tough to say through report.. MRI PLATE NEEDED WITH FULL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.. consult to orthopaedician/neurosurgeon.
