I got a small wound below scrotal sack and its not healing for more than a year. Have tried antibiotics regularly but puss is forming and it pains when i sit for long hours, like in office. The wound and puss has taken a 2" tube like structure internally and i am not sure how to take it ahead. Should i consult a surgeon and get it operated or should i take any medicines to dry it up? Since this area keeps on getting wet due to hygienic cleaning, ointments like betnovet doesn't help either. Please suggest whom do i consult and have it resolved...
