Only painless cervical lymphadenopathy

I have been a smoker for 3 years and I had a history of bronchitis during childhood few months back I got painless cervical lymphadenopathy with no fever no fatigue no night sweats...what could it be and what is the medication plz reply doctor could it go away by its own??
