Such Marks tend to resolve over a period of time. However if you are troubled by how it looks now you can opt for sunscreen  application which may help.

It is post burn hyperpigmentation. It will fade with some creams . It will take around 3 months for complete clearance with creams . consult online for best explanation regarding cause and treatment of this hyperpigmentation.
