  4. One testicle in upper side. Problem is!

One testicle in upper side

My one testicle is at right place of under penis. But second testicle is upper side, near my kidney. It was not pain in past but before 1-2 months it is paining. Kindly suggest what i have to do. As this problem is regarding private part, i am feeling shame. Pls help if i solve this problem throgh medicine.
