Hi I'm recently suffering from one side knee pain. If I bent it and stretch it back, there is a sharp pain. Mild pain during walking too. I have always been heavy and am 15kgs more than I should be, according to my height. What could be the cause. Please give me some insights. Thank you :)

I thanks for the query Please tell me where in knee it is pain g exactly Also if pain occurs on squatti g or cross legged sitting And also climbing up and coming down stairs Also what gives relief Also he weight is an issue
