Hello doctors, Facing pain in one side neck -ear -one side head from last 3 days , is it safe to take Aceclofenac+Thiocolchicoside+Paracitamole 2 does @day.

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination.  I don't know how you are so sure that you don't have an abscess or an enlarged lymph node.
