On Anti TB treatment from last 80 days

Dear Doctor, I am on Anti TB(Lungs) treatment from last 80 days. From last 15 days I am getting yellow mucus in the morning sometimes can see blood tinge in mucus. Coughing is less now as compared to beginning of treatment. When this coughing will go away completely? Is blood tinge in mucus is normal? For reference attaching my CT scan report.

secondary bacterial infection is possible, blood tinge in mucus may occur from variety of reasons: a) due to tb per se b) excessive cough might have damaged some blood vessels in throat causing blood tinge in sputum
Next Steps
if foul smelling sputum is present/fever/worsening of blood tinge in sputum may require evaluation

Appears there is secondary infection. Pl do sputum for pyogenic group of organisms, and use proper antibiotics. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
