Odema in legs

I have pain in my legs after doing some house chores and have odema in my lower legs ankles and feets I do not have any medical condition insted of this and feeling tired in the morning and the night

It can be simply due to spending a long day on your feet or sit for too long or some other cause, which can be cardiac, liver or renal cause.
