My mother is suffering from OCD.. repetition of a word embarrassed her too much..is there any medicine for this?

Yes Medications are available but repetition of words doesn't occur only in OCD. Other more severe illnesses like dementia can lead to symptoms like this. Kindly consult a psychiatrist soon for proper evaluation and treatment.
