Some OCD is manageable by way of medicine and counselling. It can be kept under control by learning how to manage your anxiety, avoiding or learning how to face triggers with confidence, lifestyle and behaviour changes.
Next Steps
Please see a counselling psychologist in addition to your medication treatment.
Health Tips
The repetitive behavior should be stopped as it is a coping mechanism for escaping from primary anxiety.

You may need medication. Along with that it is suggested to go to a psychotherapist or Behavior therapist who can offer support, which can reduce your symptoms. If you take proper steps in treatment, it shouldn't come in the way of your career or personal life
