Ocd leading to anxiety and depression

Currently I am taking antidepressants but the psychiatrist is not explaining things correctly and it is my right to know about my condition...he prescribed me paroxetine 25 and clomipramine 25 but both medicine is making me weak and sleepy...so I want to take bupropion 150 twice a day and clomipramine 25 in night as same and buspirone for anxiety but it is my thought and I can't do it without medical guidance so..if any doctor can help me with it then please respond..
