OCD is one of the most difficult to treat psychiatric condition. Treatment start showing effects after 2 months and may require higher doses. If you don't see any effect even after 4 months of treatment it requires changes. Along with medication psychotherapy also needed to be added. Discuss all these issues with your treating psychiatrist. All the best
