OCD can be particularly managed through cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or exposure and response prevention (ERP), it can help patients manage their symptoms. They'll work together to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and gradually expose the patient to feared situations while reducing compulsive behaviors. Treatment can be highly effective in improving quality of life.

Hello Time taken to bath is different for everyone. Usually it is 45_60 mins but depending on the age, gender, body size and hair length. If you feel you take more time than others in your family or relatives and it's distressing, it is a cause of concern which needs to be evaluated in detail. OCD is common but treatable also, so treatment will definitely help
