Yes digestive enzymes cam help in digestion. Also chewing the food more can help in improving the digestion. Chew every bite 32 times ideally. Dont drink water with meals. U can have water 2 hours after meals. Dont mix fruits and vegetables in same meal, they should be in different meals. Like fruits in breakfast and evening and vegetables in lunch and dinner.
