While not reported much in psychiatric textooks, quite few number of patient do complain of emotional numbing due to use of anti obsessional/ antidepressant drugs and it is a topic being continually researched.
These medicines are not perfect. The real question most patients and doctors have to wrestle with is the risk- benefit ratio. If these medicines are controlling your OCD well, then we would have to come up with ways to cope with these side effects. A reduction in dose is a possibility, but I would not advise you to do it yourself. We need to first determine the cause and nature of this emotional numbness and take it from there.
