Obsessive compulsive disorder
I have been having an obsessive compulsive disorder for around 2 years.I have a fear of contamination which results in excessive cleaning and washing of hands.I would not even let anyone touch my things and presence of another person makes me uncomfortable.I would like to know if this can be cured completely and also the cost of the treatment.

Yes OCD does have evidence based Management eg. Medications and Therapy..... The Cost is decided by the response, prognosis, comorbid factors, whether both med and therapy taken etc..It does follow chronic fluctuating course ...I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case..It will be worth .. regards
