Hi I am getting obese day by day for which am concerned. It is hampering my daily life and my sexual life as well. I have a regular night shift hence cannot do physical exercise. Need any diet plan or medications to get rid of my belly fat. Please help

Hi dear you need to have low calorie diet and exercise regularly atleast 45-60 mins. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Consume sprouts and pulses more. Consult directly for detailed diet chart
