My O typhi on 25th june was 1:60, today its 1:80 and showing positive. Is it positive? Is my typhoid relapsing again after antibiotics?

You didn't mention your reports correctly and properly. Your titre must have been 1:160 on 25 June ( not 1:60). Your titre today is 1:80. Both the reports are negative for Typhoid. You are improving.

1:180 means mild infection, widal is positive when ratio goes upto 1:320.  I understand your problem and would like to help you. Kindly consult to me via chat or call for detailed History and further treatment plan. Thanks

Widal is not a very specific test for typhoid these days. Better to get typhi dot done.
