Million dollar question.. There are many things that a healthy nutritious diet wil consist of.. I'll try to be short and specific. Have small meals evry day..mornings- half a glass of skimmed milk, whole wheat toast or multigrain toast./paratha without butter.lunch-roti with any green leafy veg and daal.evening-/fruit juice a glass. Dinner- salad with sprouts,cereals,vegs and olive oil.
If u are working out and since u are a vegan protein intake should be high enough of sprouts, daal all kinds. Also refrain absolutely from canned foods,chips,cola, outside food,excess oil/ghee/butter.
Lemme knw how it works after a month of dedicated following to this diet.
