Hi Miss, It's not only millets which can cause you Herm, while your Thyroxin is low, but you can follow THYROID-NUTRITIIN-PLAN, recommended by me, to maintain your healthy body after seeing your THYROID PROFILE BLOOD REPORT( T3,T4 & TSH). For entire week, hourwise diet chart is to be prepared by me not only focusing on your thyroid status, but also resolve your other issues, related to weight management or food or Exercise patterns. Thanks

Millets & rice have no connection with thyroid. It would be good for you if you focus on balanced diet with good lifestyle.

Hi Why you want to replace the rice with millets thrice a day. As variety of food is really required, all grains and all foods have their own benefits... so try to include variety in your diet.Don't eat one kind of food.

Hello, Millets is a imp part and plays a different role as compare to rice. Do not completely stop using millets. Also rice contains a good amount of carbohydrate. You can have brown rice once - during the day. Avoid during night.
