What fruits and vegetables I can take and what fruits and vegetables I should avoid. I also want to gain weight as I used to be 50kg

Fruits are not for gaining weight. They maintain immunity. You can include more of bananas in the form of panana shake, papaya shake, apple shakes. You can consume peanut butter with sandwich/ banana. Include non-veg and cheese in your diet. Ypu can use tofu. You can consult omline for diet chart.
