you need chat directly and provide all information which i need for planing diet plan like, diet recall, likes dislikes, height, weight,eating habits, medical issues if ut is there..eating out frequency,etc.
For now i can say
Eat home made food
Avoid junck food
Eat balance diet very important
Drink 3- liters of water, eat seasonal fruits
