Dear doctor...Nice day.i am having cervical spondylosis since 4 months. suffering with some pain in neck portion and near chest. feeling uneasy in chest some times. Already practicing yoga and physiotherpy. plz advice with what should be my diet and nutritional routine. also kindly advice how to maintain general as well as sexual wellness in this scenario. Thanks a lot

you need chat directly and provide all information which i need for planing diet plan like,  diet recall, likes dislikes, height, weight,eating habits, medical issues if ut is there..eating out frequency,etc. For now i can say Eat home made food Avoid junck food Eat balance diet very important Drink 3- liters of water, eat seasonal fruits

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods . 4.
