Nursing mother COVID positive

Hello doctor I have tested positive for COVID with ct value of 23 . I have a 1.5 month old baby , can i continue direct breastfeeding as baby doesn't take expressed bottle. My husband and baby are negative so he would be handling the baby and bring her to me for nursing . I am wearing 3 ply mask and sanitizing my hands while handling baby, are there any other precautions i need to take ?

Don't afraid, continue feeding with precaution. If any problem arises take medical consultation.
