The combination of numbness and tightness in hands, feet, face, jaw, and head — especially in someone with anxiety and panic attacks doing a desk job — is very commonly caused by hyperventilation during anxiety episodes, which changes the CO2 balance in the blood and causes exactly this kind of widespread tingling and tightness. Prolonged sitting with poor posture can also compress nerves in the neck, contributing to hand and head symptoms. Vitamin B12 deficiency is also worth ruling out.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — I can help identify whether this is anxiety-related, nutritional, or nerve-related, and guide the right treatment.

Hi, 😊 It is often due to anxiety, muscle tension from poor posture, or sometimes vitamin deficiencies. A proper evaluation with basic tests is necessary. Feel free to consult for further guidance.👍
