Numbness After 5days Wisdom Teeth Extrac

I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted (upper and lower one of left side) 5 days ago. On left side of my face, I feel numb on by lower lip and chin on the 5th day. There is no pain but numbness started in early morning today. Please advise.
